Creamy Tuscan Cranberry Vinaigrette

Family Reserve & Cranberry Pear Rosé


  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt

  • 1/4 Cup cranberry puree

  • 2 Tablespoons cranberry pear vinegar

  • 2 Tablespoons Olivina family reserve, freshly crushed

  • 1 Tablespoon Olivina bread dipper spice

  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Note: Should be thick but light to the palette

Directions: In a medium mixing bowl, combine yogurt, cranberry puree, spice and vinegar together and whisk till blended together. Slowly pour olive oil into bowl whisky togeather till smooth and creamy.

Use over Arugula Salad, with fresh fish, over steamed vegetables or as a wonderful dipping dressing for vegetables and cheese.


Optional Olive Oil : Manzanilla, Garlic, Rosemary, Lemon, Basil, Picholine

Optional Vinegar: Peach, Apricot, Balsamic Bianco, Honey & Ginger.
