  • 2-3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast

  • 6 Pack Pretzel Buns

  • 1 Whole Egg

  • 1/2 Cup Flour

  • 1 Cup Japanese Bread Crumbs

  • 6 oz Block of Mozzarella

  • 1 Cup Mayo

  • 2 Cloves Garlic

  • 2 Tablespoons Banana Pepper Juice

Prepare a medium size pan to heat up vegetable oil. While oil heats up prepare the chicken breast, with a knife cut at a 45-degree angle the chicken to make small chicken fillets placing them back into a marinating bowl. Start with marinating your chicken in olive oil, place chicken into flour bowl and cover every surface of the chicken. Next prepare three separate bowls for your deep fry set up. Follow this by placing the chicken into the egg mixture coating the outside but allowing any extra egg to fall off. Place the chicken into the breadcrumb bowl and give it a firm press. Cover the top of the chicken with breadcrumbs and press into the protein. Place on a separate plate for deep-frying. Once Chicken is ready to fry , drop the chicken in the hot oil very carefully one piece of chicken at time, when food is fried the oil will rise inch to a inch in a bubble form which is often what causes over spills and fires within the house. While chicken is cooking mince garlic to small bite size pieces and place into a bowl with the mayo. Pour 2 tablespoons of banana pepper juice into the mayo and whisk together, add salt and pepper if its not intense enough for you. Once chicken has finished cooking allow it to rest on a paper towel or kitchen towel to adsorb any extra oil. While this takes place, insert pretzel buns into the oven to allow them to toast up, make sure to separate the top and bottom of the bun so the inside turns crispy. Once everything is finished cooking prepare your awesome sandwich, our recommendation is garlic mayo on the bottom bun, 2-3 pieces of chicken over top, grate as little or as much mozzarella over top and allow the radiating heat to melt the cheese. Optional toppings could be ice burg lettuce, hand made slaw or another dollop of the garlic mayo.

Each chicken breast prepares two sandwiches! Enjoy!
