Mediterranean Honey Bell Orange & Gremolata Salad

Honey Bell Orange & Gremolata Salad


  • 1 Romaine Heart Washed Hand Pulled/Cut

  • 1/4 Cup Walnuts Roasted

  • 1/2 Cup Shredded Carrots

  • 5-6 Black & Green Whole Olives Each

  • 1 Half Medium Size Red Onion

  • 4 Oz Blocked Feta Cheese

  • 2 Teaspoon Olivina Honey Bell Orange White Balsamic

  • 1 Teaspoon Olivina Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil


Start by tearing the romaine lettuce and washing in cold water. Spin inside a salad spinner or let air dry for 30 minutes. In a small mixing bowl add lettuce, carrots, walnuts and onions. Drizzle Olive Oil & Vinegar and toss until mixture is fully incorporated. Place on a serving plate, garnish with whole and sliced olives as well as cubed or crumbled feta cheese.

Optional Protein: Add a Piece of White Fish Or Smoked Salmon

Optional Olive Oil: Lemon, House Premium, Family Reserve, Herbs de Provence

Optional Vinegar: Sicilian Lemon, Italian Plum, Honey & Ginger, Pink Grape Fruit, BlackBerry Ginger
