Garlic Aioli


Garlic Aioli

  • 4 Cloves Garlic (Finely Minced)

  • 1 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise

  • 2 Tablespoons Banana Pepper Juice

  • 1 Teaspoon Salt

  • 2 Teaspoons of Cracked Black Pepper


Start by mincing garlic cloves to a fine mince as it will be served raw. Add the mayo in a small bowl with minced garlic salt and pepper and whisk together. Add 1 tablespoon of banana pepper juice at a time to desired taste. Because of the acidity and raw vegetables this sauce only has a 72 hour shelf life. Serves 16 total.
