Join us August 14 for a wonderful edition of Olivina Product Tasting. In this class Chef Michael will prepare three different marinade dishes explaining how to use various Olivina oils and vinegar's to make amazing marinades. This class is not a dinner nor will you eat a full meal, this is a live demonstration with tasting involved. Please eat before or prepare to eat after the event.

48 Hour Lamb and Beef Meatballs with tomato sauce braise mixed with Oregano Vinegar and Valgeri Organic Plum Tomatoes
